Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of the market research report, "2025 Advantage Report Insights (the “Report”) sold by AGI International (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing the Report, you (“Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to purchase Products through our Site.

  1. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected Product(s) in accordance with these Terms. Your order is not binding on us until we confirm acceptance via email or make the Product available for download. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including for errors in pricing or availability.

  1. Price and Payment

When you purchase a Report, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Report for your internal business or personal purposes only. You may not:

·       Copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise make the Report available to third parties;

·       Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Report;

·       Use the Report for unlawful purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Reports remain owned by the Company.

  1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the Product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
